DigiBlitz maintains absolute ownership of all software source code, post-quantum routing logic, cloud middleware proxy setups, and smart contract factory designs. The partner receives a non-exclusive, revocable commercial license to access the developer hub, white-labeled architectural blueprints, and associated branding assets based on continuous subscription compliance.
Partners operate as independent corporate entities. This agreement does not create a joint venture, equity partnership, or employer-employee relationship.
